At her concerts, Chacán presents a distinctive mix of the different eras and styles of Afro-Latin music from the 1960s onwards. In doing so, they create an atmosphere that is reminiscent of the boiling ballrooms and Latin clubs of the Mambo, Boogaloo and Salsa era.
